10. Disclaimer of Liability

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the SMS program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama.
13. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Our SMS messaging program is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles and Best Practices, A2P 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration and compliance requirements, and all applicable federal and state regulations governing SMS/MMS communications. We maintain active registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and adhere to carrier-specific guidelines from AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other participating wireless carriers.
